PectoFino

The PectoFino is an innovative aquatic exercise device primarily designed or use at the shallow end of any swimming pool. This imaginative design allows the user to perform both strengthening and aerobic type exercises by utilizing natural water resistance while either standing in a pool or sitting on the edge. The PectoFino is perfect for building arm and upper body strength while standing in relatively shallow water or leg strength while sitting on the pool’s edge. Named after the pectoral fins found on the sides of fish, the PectoFino aquatic exercise device is actually shaped like those same fishes’ fins. Unlike the fish however, that use their pectoral fins primarily for steering and stabilization, the human user can apply this same design from Mother Nature to affect resistance on specific muscle groups gaining strength, endurance, and tone. And because the PectoFino is used in a pool, with no impact or abuse to the body, it is also perfect for post-operative and medical rehabilitation.
